Accommodation

The organization has pre-booked few hotels that you can book though the Registration/Accommodation form. You will find five proposals close to the venue. In that case, the Technical Secretariat (Grupo Pacífico) manages all the issues with the reservations.

If you choose to book the accommodation by yourself, on this page below you can find web addresse to tourist information web. We hope this information will help you to find a proposal that best fits your requirements. A list of hotels in the neighborhood of the conference venue is also provided.

Accommodation reservations can be made when completing the online registration and accommodation form from the EAPCCT 2018 website.

We have block-booked rooms in a range of hotels in different price categories for the dates from May 22 to May 25, 2018. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability. In case that the selected hotel was fully booked, we will assign you an available hotel with similar characteristics.

Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.

We advise all participants to request their hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation, before April 1^st, 2018.

The online form only allows one hotel booking. All rates are per room per night, including VAT, Touristic Tax (subject to change according to official order) and breakfast.

• All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (e-mail: Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. Necesita tener JavaScript habilitado para poder verlo.)
• Cancellations received up to March 20, 2018: full refund less 30€ for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received up to April 23, 2018: refund of 50% of hotel stay.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 24, 2018
• In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.

Grupo Pacifico (GP) acts as organizing agency and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.



Hotel availability and prices in Bucharest change significantly when approaching the summer season. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible.
